Genjutsu won't work on Hashirama?

People assume that tsukoyomi would work on Hashirama. The truth is, in my opinion, Genjutsu from the highest ranks to the lowest won't work on Hashirama. Remember that edo itachi, with unlimited chakra, wasn't able to break out from the reanimation tech. He had to depend on and cast an external genjutsu on himself; placing himself under genjutsu to just negate kabuto' control. Hashirama on the other hand was free from the reanimation from the start and even Oroshimaru didn't know that Hashi was actually free which is funny considering how much Oro and Kabu have advanced the reanimation tech!!!

So, in my opinion.. I think Hashirama is just above tsukoyomi and all other kinds of genjutsu!

Who knows.. if someone of a equal or stronger chakra level compared to him could put him in a genjutsu.


Like Ino's mind transfer. It lasted 2 seconds on Obito before he broke it. But when she received the Kyuubi's chakra she was able to actually trap him this time.

He was able to resist Kabuto because Kabuto used his cells to strengthen Edo Tensei.

Also, Itachi needing to break out via Genjutsu, but not Hashirama doesn't prove, not even remotely, that Hashirama is immune to Genjutsu.

Tsukoyomi is no ordinary Genjutsu....

Just because hes able to resist Edo Tensei doesn't mean he will resist a strong Genjutsu... Edo Tensei is a sealing technique.. there is a huge difference

I dont think he's "immune" to genjutsu. There's literally nothing in the manga that implies he was some sort of genjutsu master...

I can see him having a way to break genjutsu, but how on earth would he be immune?

don't know if hashi was out of edo from the start....

but we saw when he powered up his chakra to stop tobirama from killing sasuke

then oro said he broke the restraints..... I think that's when he broke free. not before.

but itachi can cast a genjutsu reflector on hashi while he uses infinite darkness genjutsu

then they both will be in the darkness.....XD

Breaking Edo Tensei is not breaking an illusion. Hashi is more likely break out of genjutsu, not being immune to it. :|

This. Edo Tensei is not a genjutsu. It's almost like saying breaking free of the Nara shadow techniques is like breaking out of genjutsu...

Well I mean, the Edo Tensei was a summoning technique that Kabuto and Oro strengthened with Hashi's cells. If they're his cells to begin with, then he has some control or "say" in the technique. However, I'm pretty sure nothing has showed us that he is "immune" to genjutsu. Your points are kind of scattered, man.
