FTG would be fast enough to dodge a bullet. The fourth Raikage and Third raikage can probably also dodge bullets. Not sure if a bullet can go through a Susanoo either. We have seen what those things can take. Kamui would just teleport the bullet away, or will just go through the target without touching him.
