I would fix some things.

Naruto's power-up would not be a super saiyan-like cloak around him but a simple fuse of his fox eyes + sage mode eyes.
A change of clothes, (enough with the overload of orange), and a combo jutsu with Gamabunta or the 2 smaller frogs. But not the gay-ass transvestite frog we saw in the filler episodes.

Hyuuga Hanabi becomes a teammate of Konohamaru after 1 dies.

Sakura would be trained by Kurenai in C-rank genjutsu techniques to make combinations with her devastating fist.

I could go on, but not in the mood atm to type a sh1tload of good potential outcomes that'll never happen

I would bring tactics back to the Narutoverse. I like the large-scale fighting and destructive damage the manga has been having but I actually liked the whole hand seals, swordsmanship, taijutsu type fighting more, it's made Naruto so different to me.

On a serious note, I'd focus on Minato and Naruto's interaction as soon as possible and throw as much comedy in before the real war starts (Hashi + Naruto should equal comedy gold in theory). Kage destruciton, Madara vs Hashirama, S06P history and the uzumaki clan's past...

And naruhina, that's about it really.
