Naruto is superior in speed, chakra, strength, durability and arsenal.
Even if Sasuke could somehow manage to get Kirin up - and mind you Naruto has 3 huge toads and 1000 clones as a shield - Rasenshuriken is stronger than it.
Anyhow, Sasuke is not fast enough to dodge an FRS. He has nothing but some weak katons and a chidori which won't block an FRS.
