Who can't He Possibly solo

This is a serious question. Who can't Orochimaru solo right now? In a 1v1, with his Edo tensei, hashi cells(at least increased stamina), immortality, 8 branch and kusanagi(? possibly lost through totsuka seal), and his hands who currently beats orochimaru?

Maybe DsM kabuto stands a chance, but then again, you can just kill the guy.

He can potentially become the strongest villian.
Who, if anyone, currently beats orochimaru right now?

Hashirama, Madara, Nagato, Rinnegan Obito with Jins, BM Naruto - if the edos die instead of regenerating.

Those all beat Orochimaru.

Shinsuusenju, Perfect Susanoo, Bijuudama Barrage, Chibaku Tensei - I don't have to explain those.

hiruzen did no such thing. the coffin failed because there wasnt any soul inside.

Technically, he could surprise Orochimaru, and place a mark on on him within a few seconds.
Overall, we've not seen much of Minato's abilities to fully understand what he is capable of.

When they are under tags their powers are greatly reduced..

Look at how well Hiruzen did when he was an old man without using high level jutsu. (Except death reaper, but you can seal them with any decent seal)

I'd say a few people could handle him, including Nagato
