I'm going to say Deidara should have gotten one shotted and heres why, that hit tobi took when sasuke speed blitzed them and cut tobi without tobi or deidara even seeing him because he was too damn fast should have been for deidara instead of tobi. (deidara would have been one shotted no dif) another reason fight lasted so long which most people forget is the fact sasuke wasnt fighting to kill he was fighting to get information about itachi thats why he also didn't kill deidara sooner. I see it as this Vs Deidara he could have won no dif. against DSM Kabuto weak self itachi or sasuke could have one shotted them but itachi needed to stop edo tensei hence thats why he told sasuke 3 times not to kill him because he knew sasuke could no dif.
