Mokuton is still formed by chakra, I wouldn't be surprised if Preta Path could block it.

You said that if the Rinnegan is > Mokuton, that means the Uchiha > Senju, which is wrong because the Rinnegan doesn't represent Uchiha powers only.

I disagree.

Mokuton is different from anything else in the Narutoverse. It is basically the "creation of life", since trees are livings things.

So when a tree is created in the Narutoverse it is a living organism and can no longer be classed as a "chakra object" as for example, Susanoo.

Mokuton itself is pretty weak compared to sharingan. Yamato is a best example of that. He had mokuton, yet 3T sasuke would own him.

No one here can point out the connection between the juubi and how it represents each individual clan (uchiha+senju)
The juubi has the sharingan mixed with the rinnegan, while the juubi's tails have mokuton, and more yet to come.
They're is more to senju that no one knows and i hope the next few chapters will show my point.

The Rinnegan doesn't belong solely to the Uchiha. They need an external source (Senju DNA) to unlock it, so it completely invalidates the Rinnegan belonging solely to the Uchiha. You could simply give a pair of Sharingan eyes to a Senju and they could unlock the Rinnegan, same ordeal.

Susanoo is made from chakra, what else would it be made of? I'm sure Kisame's Great Shark Bullet, Preta Path, and Samehada could still affect it

You can't disprove that and you can't disprove the notion that doing the opposite; giving a Senju an Uchiha's eyes wouldn't do the same. All Madara did was reverse engineer the original bloodline, and the same can be done to someone like Hashirama.

You need an EMS and senju DNA for one to gain rinnegan

it was never stated whether implanting an EMS would work for a non-uchiha or a non-relative, but the EMS can only be gained through the exchange of eyes by blood relatives

so it can be assumed that it is possible that the senju won't be able to gain it

I don't understand how Rinnegan > Mokuton and Senju > Uchiha are related. The first comparison deals with only 2 ninjas (and Madara didn't even fight Hashirama with the Rinnegan) while the other takes into account ALL the clan members.
