Neji wasn't really hard to draw, he just didn't know what he was thinking with his outfit in part 1. He liked his outfit in part 2, but people didn't, so he wants to change it again. He sort of did during the war if you think about it.

With Sasuke, he didn't like drawing his shorts. lol

I dont think so.
There are couple of characters that are harder to draw and yet they're alive.

plot progression. If you look at all the deaths of akatsuki or main characters they make 100% sense.

How does deidaras, Kakuzu's Or Nagatos Make any sense at all??

I'm sorry but i lol'd so much

Correction: He's hard to draw.

OT : Nope, i wouldn't respect him if he did that.

He created the while concept of Naruto because it was easier to draw. For example, narutos goggles were so annoying to him that he created the head protectors for all village shinobi. Plus, the series in the beginning was supposed to be a fantasy/magic based plot, but he changed it because of those damned goggles lol. But since he had already had drawn Naruto that way, he had to improvise. Read it, I found it from some article a while back.

That's honestly a lame excuse. I understand the difficulty a mangaka has to go through in making their characters but if that's indeed true...less stress on his part.

He did stop drawing Naruto with the cape even though he looked bad ass and same with Sasuke's outfit when he took on Gara. So it could be true.

He picks characters that are difficult to draw and would make sense to die when planning who will soon be deseased.
