How you perform it: I focus my chakra into the clouds and create a single drop of rain which I mold to become solid as it falls and manipulate its properties so that it is very sharp as a blade when it falls on the target's head, killing them.
Advantages: It is a very deadly and useful technique, too OP to be just C rank imo. It can be used to end a target without them even being aware of what's about to hit them.
Disadvantages: By simply moving few inches away, an opponent can evade it.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: LoL, this is so OP that I have no idea. It is silent and so, one might not even be aware that their opponent has even used a jutsu until they are dead:| The only way is by godmodding it.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: It's a must use OP technique.
Questions?: How can we counter this?

Simple, it falls in a straight line. Think of a fight you've been in. Its very unlikely that you'd sit still after your opponent does a jutsu. As ninja, we're always moving, looking for an opening. The only way this would effectively work is if your for is blinded in place or not moving for any reason.

Moving on. ^_^

( Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

Pretty simple, you force your chakra into the raindrops, not necessarily all of them, and once they hit the ground, cause them form into a spike of water.

How you perform it: I begin by focusing my chakra into a number of raindrops that will fall around the target. I then concentrate much chakra into them so that as they fall on the water I release them as a burst of chakra and mold them with the water into numerous spikes of water to attack the opponent.
Advantages: It is a nice technique to use in attacking an opponent when they do not expect. For instance, if I have the Rain Tiger at Will jutsu active, the opponent would never expect the rain drops to begin exploding as spikes of water when they hit the ground.
Disadvantages: If the battle is on land(not water), it cannot be used in the same turn the user activates a rain technique because there won't be enough water on the ground yet. So the user has to wait a turn or two for the technique to have any real effect.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: By hardening my skin when I feel the first set of spikes on them.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: N/A
Questions?: N/A

ps: I starting to realize how tricksy and deadly rain actually is xD

Actually, if you feel the spike, it'd be a bit to late to harden your skin as it would already be touching you, nearly piercing you. :p

Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Simple, channel your chakra into the rain and create a 'focal' point where all the rain travels and cause it to press upon a foe, forcing him down

How you perform it: I channel my chakra into the rain an simultaneously channel it into the target. Then I manipulate my chakra in the rain direct it all to the target, causing it to rain on the target in mass, weighing them down.
Advantages: It is a very fast technique since the user's body attracts the rain.
Disadvantages: The user needs to keep focusing chakra into the rain and the user's body so as to maintain the adhesion btw them
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I'll use the added weight technique, to turn the rain that's weighing on me into stone, petrifying them.

You would turn water into stone? That is an interesting counter, moreso because it only would work on the water that is touching you the exact moment you use it lol.

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

Not having much use, this jutsu creates a clone of rain that does no damage. It's moreso a gathering of rain molded to look like a user.

I seen Scorpseh use it against a water attack during someone's test. It comes in handy all the time lol

How you perform it: I channel my chakra into the raindrops. As they fall to the ground, I manipulate them to my figure and mold their body features to fit mine. Hence, with every drop of rain around the opponent, a clone is created.
Advantages: It can be used as a form of distraction to the opponent. It can also be used to obstruct his vision of the user.
Disadvantages: The clones can't really do anything, offensive or defensive.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: By using any form of attack that surrounds me so as to keep the clones at bay.

Good.

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

THis technique doesn't do much except slow the enemy down quite honestly. You cause their clothes to become filled with water and slow them down. Simple

How you perform it: I begin to focus my chakra into my opponent's clothing, spreading my chakra all around it to reach all parts of it. Since this chakra is water based, it causes any water that comes in contact with the opponent's clothing to remaing stuck, thus weighing him/her down. The more water on the opponent, the more the weighing down effect.
Advantages: It is a very nice technique that can be used in conjunction with water/rain based attacks. It can also be used to slow down opponents with speed boosts.
Disadvantages: It is rendered useless if the opponent removes/destroys their clothing.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I'll do so by removing/destroying my clothing.

Goodly. Though you're not the speaking type, I presume? O.-

Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

For the next... Channel your chakra into the skies, taking controll over the cloud, and call it down besides you, where you form it into an exact copy of yourself. Not the entire cloud btw, only a small part of it, matching your own size. Compress the clouds, making him able to strike people, nor get striked.

Sorry for the wait, I had an exam^^

Lol yeah you're right. I tend to get bored of talking easily. I most times run out of ideas of what to say :dunno:

How you perform it: I focus my chakra into a cloud moving above us in the skies. I manipulate my chakra in the cloud and mold from it a clone of myself, giving him my features but still allowing him to retain the swift moving properties of a cloud. Although he has cloud properties, I mold his body to a stronger fashion, allowing he to engage in freeform attacks and also take hits.
Advantages: Since the clones are made of clouds, it makes them lighter, meaning that they can move around faster.
Disadvantages: Though they are in a sense faster because of their lighter weight, they will easily take damage from even small attacks.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: Virtually any form of attack could be used to destroy these clones.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: N/A
Questions?: Can I create more than 1 clone with this jutsu?

I don't believe you can, no.

(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

Perform a string of handseals (idk how many tbh), and gather your chakra within a high altitude, in the rain. Gather nearby raindrops forming several bullets, and let them fall down onto your target. Due gravity it gains extra speed, and gains more second by second as it falls. It would most likely reach the weight matching a large boulder.

How you perform it: I focus my chakra high into the clouds and as the rain falls, I use my chakra to draw the raindrops together, hence clustering them together to form large and heavy boulder-like bullets of rain. Since they fall from such high altitudes, it makes them very deadly since their weight has the power to kill.
Advantages: It can come in very handy in battle since it can be use to attack more than one opponent at once.
Disadvantages: They move in one straight path, making them very easy to dodge.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: By propelling myself out of the path of the bullets.

Nice. ^^

(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Now, hold out your hand, and manipulate nearby water drops to form infront of your hand, forming a dense construct infront of you(A shield.), to shield you from incoming attacks. If lightning is to struck, it would continue into your body.

How you perform it: I perform the needed handseals and hold my right hand out and spread open my palm. Then I focus my chakra into my palm and release it into the rain, causing many raindrops to rush to my palm. I then manipulate them and mold them into a dense wall of water infront of me.
Advantages: It reduces the opponent's chances of engaging the user in hand-to-hand combat.
Disadvantages: It looks like a technique that will take time to create since the handseals are not specified and the user has to spread their hands out to attract the raindrops. No doubt, this technique will lead to a lot of arguments if not properly explained.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: By bombarding my the use with lightning, frying them :|

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

You channel chakra into the clouds and make the raindrops fall bigger. That's really the only real effect that happens. O_O

Longest time xD

How you perform it: I channel my chakra into the sky and mold out a large nuclei of water in the air. As rain drops on it, it increases in size, hence causing bigger drops of rain to be produced by it.
Advantages: It can be used as a distraction to opponents. Especially when infiltrating.
Disadvantages: It has no damaging effect.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: Since it does no damage, there'll be no need to defend. But if I must, then I'll simply propel myself out of that location.
