Kakashi barely wins this but it is a very tough match. As much as I hate to say it, Kamui gives him the edge. That said, I feel that Darui is the more skilled ninja.

Remember kamui is restricted and can't be used more than 3 times.More importantly it can't be used to warp the opponents.
Coming to the battle,I think you're right.kakashi wins this because of his frightening jutsu arsenal and immense experience.Darui may have a KG but kakashi's sharingan gives him the advantage.

Kakashi's sharingan allows him to copy everything Darui throws at him. His chakra control is supreme so he won't waste any chakra.
He has a lot of ways to beat Darui, really.

I <3 Darui. I really do. Darui is like a 3T Kakashi, Kabuto, or Zabuza. He is on their level.
MS Kakashi has more stamina, he is faster, and has better control over his chakra.
As much as I hate too say it, Darui looses.
