we've already explained over and over how thats impossible. bils is not omnipotent and even admitted hes weaker than his boss Whis. if he were omnipotent he would have just erased gohan from existence or turned him into an egg. instead he uses punches and kicks, something thats too barbaric for an all powerful god who can do anything.
