The battle of the weakest Kages - who is the strongest weakest Kage?

Tsunade summons her Bijuu sized slug. The others can't counter it. IMO the 4th Kazekage is the 2nd or 3rd weakest Kage. ( right after Mei and Hiruzen ).

the slug isnt gonna help much,bcos the gold wave packs enough force to stop a sand tsunami. Gold is 20x heavier than water,which slugs are mostly made up of right?+the sand gold wave would trap the slug as it cant move under the pressure of the gold. I dnt see him as weak at all,he can beat some other kages,no one who beats a bijuu,wheter smart or wild should be called weak. well,it may have been feral,but it was still shukaku,in a desert-_-,you know the powerup he is gonna get in there?. Though shukaku being feral seems more likely,as it would be foolish for the guy to beat it and loose to gaara had it been smart with it's techs. Shukaku being smart in a desert would be real godly:|. However practically every kage/shinobi who stopped bijuus faced them them feral,3rd raikage drew with hachibi wjo didnt have a jin and was wild,hashi beat kyubi who was being controlled like a puppet,deidara captured sanbi who wasnt smart at all(got beat by a fish bomb-_-) etc. So it's not like his case is much different.

him beating shukaku is not even a big feat... He already explained that he slowed down it's sand attacks with gold. Shukaku had no advantage in the desert seeing as they are both desert fighters :s The 3rd vs 8tails, now that's a feat. Especially seeing as he did it with his hands and feat and even tanked tbb's

he is not a desert fighter,he dosent use sand.so stopping the attacks of a bijuu and restraining it isnt a big feat huh?,right.

3rd raikage didnt tank 1 tbb,before the hachibi could blast him,it collapsed,his feat is cutting off the tails,which isnt exactly a feat,seeing as a shuriken can do that. The third is a taijutsu fighter,so what else is he gonna use?. He didnt even beat it,and instead got hit with his own attack. The kazekage beat his own,in shukaku's playground.

Unlike shukaku,hachibi dosent have any special moves aside from tbb,which means it was basically a physical matchup up until the final moment,as the raikage used his hell stab too.

Iif they were to switch bijuus,the kazekage would still win,it's much easier to restrain a bijuu made of flesh,than one made of sand. The raikage on the other hand wouldnt even hurt shukaku,as it is made of sand and dosent feel anything, has wind release and sand attacks and is in a desert

The first is not going to work. While Hiruzen tries to seal Tsunade her slug melts him.

The 2nd and 3rd are bullshit. Tsunade tanked 5 Katons from Madara, Hiruzen's weak fire can't hurt Tsunade.
