You can't really say at what point their chakra was. In part 2 it was confirmed that Itachi couldn't use MS techniques when he had less than 1/3 of his chakra.

Kakashi did have pretty low chakra admittedly, but he still had enough physical energy that we was not at risk of dying without using Kamui.

The point Tsunade was at was a complete different level of exhaustion. If I take a worker who if they are forced to work another 5 mins might drop dead, and a worker who is very tired but has another hour in them. Their speed will be very different. That's not really an arguable matter.

Itachi collapsed and died like 2 or 3 mins after using the susanno. and on top of that he was sick. are you really going to argue he had tons of chakra left? and even then , in his condition , he still managed to defend against kirin... the way you all are making it sound, is once you're low on chakra and half dead, your reflexes aren't even close to how they would be at 100% yet, minato, and other ninjas have proven other wise

1) The reason Mei said she wouldnt make it in time was because she was planning on using a jutsu to block Madara's katon, but she wouldnt have formed the seals in time, Tsunade simply jumped forward and used herself as a sheild. Any of them could have done the same thing but Tsunade cant die so it makes sense that she did it. There was no "great distance" to cover.

2) She, again, was right next to the other kage, IF NOT CLOSER because she jumped foward towards Madara to block the katon.

That would be relevant if he didn't use a jutsu before his death but he did. Kakashi wouldn't have died 30 seconds before he did unless the nail he used kamui to warp the missile. Iirc at that point in the manga Kamui used about 1/4 of his chakra and he used it twice. Which would suggest before he used kamui for the first time he was nearly at half chakra. And after the second time using kamui his chakra went to 0. Likewise we know that Itachi had more than 1/3 of his full chakra before activating Susanoo

Iirc that's how it works. Minato used the dead demon seal true. But he still had a matter of vitality in him. While he would have died from the dead demon seal what did him in faster was the claw. Which was kind of silly as the smarter option would have been to move Naruto instead of blocking the claw. So one could argue that he couldn't react fast enough to do the former and thus was compelled to do the latter. When you're on your deathbed, you are slower. I'm not sure why that's a point to be argued.

BTW I should mention that I do not believe that Tsunade is faster than A with his ration cloak, and I do not believe her response time is quicker than his Raiton cloak.
