Terrain: Where Naruto and Sakura did Kakashi's bell test, during midd day. So partially hot, with a slight breeze.
He means talking in general which is a roleplay means to interact with the person you're fighting doesn't affect the timeframe in which moves take place. Kind of odd when he's including rules which mention that one must roleplay but talking doesn't affect the timeframe.

I then marvel at the seen of the mid-day sun. The sun as crimson as ..as ... An Uchiha's Sharingan. It all suddenly comes to me, I am an S-Rank ninja without his clan's trade mark Kekkigenkai. I feel ashamed, the seen no longer looks beautiful and looses its sparkle to me. Discouraged in unnerved i look into the distance from the branch. I Must Have Those Eyes... No Matter What! I will NOT be a disgrace my clan.

It was a sunny day, the kind of day that most would find beautiful and mesmerizing, but not to our main hero of the day, not to Vayne. Vayne wasn't your typical ninja, he wasn't from around these parts, he was from the village hidden in the mist, the blood lust village, however despite that fact Vayne appeared like a calm and collected teenage boy, and he was one...most of the cases that is.
On this day Vayne decided to take a stroll towards one of the early training grounds of the jinchuriki of the nine tails. Upon reaching the field Vayne exploited the opportunity of being alone to change the weather to his liking, he manipulated the clouds so that it began to rain, the rain was soothing for Vayne, he was now in a more relaxed state, that was until the rain collided with someone, this caused Vayne to get slightly annoyed, so he took a rock and threw it t the location of the chakra.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
An Uchiha... Is what I am!- Suddenly the sky is dimmed with clouds, and begins to pour down rain. Hmph, this rain reminds of my home village. The village of the Amegakure, the villages that is always crying.. But rain, on what was a clear blue and shinning day. I put my hand out into the rain and then clench it into fist. My thoughts abruptly interupted by this annoying rain, and within minutes i way almost soaked to the marrow. This has to be some type of technique, but who-- A rock hits me square in my forehead once again as i am in deep thought. I am left with such frustration that tears start to well up in my eye, but are quickly washed away in the rain. Why disturb such a peaceful day, and bringing your rain along!? I yell into the distance. I then stand up and erracticaly search for the one who has desturbed my peace. I then spot a boy several meters (long range) from the tree i am in. I then deduced that this bold shinobi had changed the atmosphere itself and threw a rock at my forehead. I then wait, agrriavtedly for response from the young boy.

Maybe this is the fight where i will attain my clans bloodline limit. This is the battle where i could maybe, just maybe obtain... The Sharingan I hop to my feet still standing on the high tree brach looking down upon the boy.This is my chance! I then become one with the rush and egerness for battle, that i forget proper combat etiquette, asking the boy's name and giving my own. However, this did not matter to me at the moment.I could feel my body tense up in anticipation, and then smirk with my hair covering my eyes. I jump from tree to tree, as the warm rain hits my face closing in on mid range, and jump out from among the trees gracefully and doing a front flip on the way down, and walk to your left side an. I then stare at the young boy one last time. Up close he actually loooks as old as me.. Oh Well. I then preform the Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger handseals as quickly and fluently as possible, Katon: Karyū Endan. And release a blazing stream of fire that then turns into the genunuine dragon head and split into 3 streams Front, Left and Right side. Burning to ash i seconds.

As Vayne hears the boy say "This is my chance." He takes a deep sigh and closes his eyes, the rain calming him down, giving him a serene feeling, and also giving him intel on the boys whereabouts, the boy seemed to be on the move, probably preparing an attack, and based on his previous statement, the posibility of him being on the attack increased. Despite this Vayne kept his eyes closed still mesmerized by the tranquility of the rain, the boy seemed to near him, the boy was know mid range to Vayne's left side, Vayne decided it was now the time to fight, not a time for daydreaming, with that in mind he opened his eyes while turning towards the boy, as soon as he did he saw that the boy had expelled dragon lookalike flames, without a moments doubt Vayne performed a single hand seal(specialist) materializing a whip of water in his right hand, with a swift movement of his wrist and hand the whip moved towards the incoming dragons, the whip being swung in an arc motion(right to left) will hit all the fire dragons destroying them, but Vayne didn't stop at that, as soon as he began his swing he caused five meters of the lower whip(his POV) to get incased in a outwards spiked cylinder of ice, the ice being materialized on the lower part of the whip(where it will hit the fire attack) the ice will prevent the whip from being negated from the fire, so now with the ice, the water whip will easily 'stomp' the fire attack, and it will continue towards you(through a wrist movement form Vayne), the whip will hit the boy between his eyes, directly on the nose/forehead area. "Those dragons and their owner need taming."

As i am first expelling my flames, the boy appears to be almost ignoring that i am even here, although this technique is obviously nothing to joke around with. The boy within half of second snaps to consciousness and with a blank expression ofn his face makes a single handseal going immedietly into his counter.. how did he know where i was with his eyes closed, i didnt even make a sound- The rain! its has to be a type of sensing rain, this is why he was embracing it so much, he tell where i am as long as this rain is hitting me. Another fact hit me again about this strange boy, he made one handseal and nothing more .. A single handseal.... With a single handseal he makes a water whip and swings it quickly making efficeint use of its length and putting out the fire in all three directions .Am i fighting a master of water, this cannot be anygood. A water master vs an Uchiha. As he put out my fire he didnt stop there, he then froze the tip of it making a flexible club what look like........ Ice- ICE! I then regain myt composure from being so surprised, as he whips the club with such preciseness directely aimed between my forehead and nose. I quckly bend down on all fours and throw a smoke bomb from what its worth concealing direct sight of me and take hold of ten shuriken in my pack on both my sides and throw them directly out of pack without pausing, throwing a barrage of shuriken at his ankle and lower leg area, and focus my earth chakra iniside of me and then into the ground and quickly assimlate into the ground in a rush still in slight surprise. I swiftly navagate through the ground wasting no movement, and shoot out the ground befor boy has time to real his whip back in. Uppercutting him as i shoot up with my right dominant hand directly in his chin and send him into the air. I can't allow thi battle to drag out, i have to finish off now! While the boy is suspened i waste abosulutely no time and preform the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger handseals, and spew out the Uchiha clan signiture Katon techique, and send a large fireball up toward the boy exploding a burrning on contact.

As the smoke appears Vayne isn't slightly distracted, mainly because of his rain technique that has been giving him knowledge of the opponents whereabouts, and this time the rain notifies Vayne that his opponent went underground, so Vayne will be proceeding to stop the whip, but before doing that Vayne notices incoming shuriken, so without a seconds doubt he releases the whip, and performs a row of hand seals, with the hand seals performed a wave of earth beneath Vayne rises with Vaynein top of it.

The user can also use the technique to manipulate the terrain and trap the target by wrapping earth round their legs preventing them from moving.
Whilst on the wave Vayne anticipates his opponents next move, and a few seconds later the opponent emerges roughly under the wave of earth(you have no way of knowing I am on the wave as you can't sense me, so you continue with your move like you originally planned, and I sense you from the rain, the droplets of it will have formed ponds and whatnot on the ground so as soon as you emerge I will sense you, even if you are under the falling rain) so without wasting a second doubt, 'vines' of earth emerge from the wave, 3 'vines' emerge in total, the first one emerges from a low position, aimed to capture your legs(ankles) preventing movement, the second 'vine' emerges from a higher position aimed to capture your torso and squeeze on it, the third is higher than both and is aimed to capture you around your neck. Furthermore the 'vines' will have spikes on them so the damage they deliver will be monstrous.
Vayne knowing that you will be occupied with the 'vines' and will probably attempt to evade by going underground takes a precaution, he causes a layer of ice to be formed under your feet, the layer of ice will prevent you from going underground, it will also cause you to loose your balance and probably fall, but before you fall the 'vines' will have reached you.

As i am in mid-air, the wave of earth continuies to rise with him on top. Before i could even think of what to do next the wave of the earth begin to some type of vines, to constrict me holding me in mid air from my ankles and waist and if things didnt seem bad enough a spiked vine petruded out of the wave of earth as if to strike me in the stomach. Keeping calm composure i think of a plan, to get me out of this jam. I concentrate my raiton chakra through out my enitre body, and destroy the vines holding in mid air including the spiked one headed toward me leading me to fall towards the ground.Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi! . Only to look down, and see that the ground frozen by the Hoyouton user. Clever.. I then focus my fuuton chakra into my lungs expanding them, and exhale a strong stream of wind to direct and carry me back to mid-range, away from the pertrusion of earth the boy was standing on. I then hit the ground and quickly mold my katon chakra and preform the Horse and Tiger handseals to spew out a large and dense orb of fire travling at highspeed right toward you (traveling diagnally upward toward you since you are above me standing on a wave of earth) Carrying into the air and exploding. Then jump into the tree jump into the nearest tree, hoping higher and higher into the thick parts of the tree.And then hiding close in near where the tree leaves and brances start to cover my body from the rain in the thick trees, looking down on you (the leaves and branches protecting me from your rain, leading you to lose sense of me). With my hands "trigger happy" in my weapons pounch ready to pull out kunai/shuriken at any moment. They outtah do it... this is guy is no ordinary shinobi that's for sure.

As i am in mid-air, the wave of earth continuies to rise with him on top. I then focus my fuuton chakra into my lungs expanding them, and exhale a strong stream of wind to direct and carry me back to mid-range, away from the pertrusion of earth the boy was standing on. I then hit the ground and quickly mold my katon chakra and preform the Horse and Tiger handseals to spew out a large and dense orb of fire travling at highspeed right toward you (traveling diagnally upward toward you since you are above me standing on a wave of earth) Carrying into the air and exploding. Then jump into the tree jump into the nearest tree, hoping higher and higher into the thick parts of the tree.And then hiding close in near where the tree leaves and brances start to cover my body from the rain in the thick trees, looking down on you (the leaves and branches protecting me from your rain, leading you to lose sense of me). With my hands "trigger happy" in my weapons pounch ready to pull out kunai/shuriken at any moment. They outtah do it... this is guy is no ordinary shinobi that's for sure.

While i am attempting to counter attack, the young and strange boy anticipates my move, out of the corner of my eye i could see the smug look on his face. Like i was playing straight into his hands. While i am expelling my fuuton technique, i could feel the cold piercing of an object piercing my lower back area. I then smirk, as my counter was obvious. And i switched my self for the nearest pile of leaves in this thick forest, preventing further damage to my spinal cord and then escaping to mid-range, hiding in a tree looking down on him. He.. inhibited my movement with that last move. . . I have to make every movement count. I raise my hand into the air, and release my raiton chakra into the air and direct it to come down on the boy standing on the earth mound. And then throwing five bomb kunai knives, in a row going horizantal. I hav to take control of the flow of battle, i'll show him the true power of an Uchiha,Raiton: Gian Yari !! I shoot a large lightning bolt from my two hands from the branch i am standing on and split into two arching in on both your left and right sides hitting you from two sides simitantiously.

Not a second later Vayne notices incoming projectiles, so he simply thrusts his left hand forward and unleashes the black dragon from the frozen hell wasteland. The hellish dragon engulfs the projectiles not even slightly affected by them, Vayne on the other hand deduces that the boy is near the trees, this is due to the sensory rain, and the fact that the projectiles were sent from there. With that intel Vayne causes the dragon to rage towards the boy. The black color, the red eyes, the cold air surrounding it, the horror, the dragon's appearance grew more gruesome as it raged towards the boy, the eyes were even more red, the black color was now engulfed in flames, the air pressure around the boy tightened, it became suffocating, restricting, fear took over the boys heart, he was paralyzed incapable of moving, and if he looked towards Vayne he would see a demonic monster, his true nature beginning to show...

The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). I observe ready or the counter of the Ice User, as he blocks my first lightning bolt with a sheild of wind.. He is no doubt well versed in many styles. I then see him all of a sudden halt and concentrate no doubt. He suddenly let's loose a black dragon composed of ice.. Obviously another ice technique, but this one was more intense and was aiming to take me out. It was powerful enough to take all the paper bomb kunai and my other to lightning bolts ragging through them. Although it was severly weakened it managed to take a charge on me . I quickly jump back wards off the high branch i am standing on while keeping my eyes on the ice dragon having it "chase"me to long range. While keeping in the trees, i then concentrate a large portion o my katon chakra, forming a blaze in my belly and expelling a great ball of fire, launching it at the weakened demonic dragon. Destroying it, and leaving my technique to travels into a tree, next to the Ice User and exploding also causing the the now burrning tree to fall on top over him and start to set the ground on fire around him. . . I know he not de- , the boy was very much alive, i could feel a choking fear that made me sick to my stomach, i could sense his masssive amounts of chakra from all the way above in the tree and yet so far away. Was the boy enjoying this, was he going easy on me this whole time. As the fire began to be kept at bay by the pouring rain, i could feel his preseance paralyze me, What .... Is ... He ... I know if this is to go on any longer i will insane, the pressure was killing me in way i slowly reach for a kunai for kunai in my right bag... Wait ... Fear... I ... Fear this person... I have never even known before. I am an Uchiha, one of the greatest clans to ever walk the face of this land. I ... Fear ... No......Man! I then break the hold for the most part, still feeling shaky. But i manage to Concentrate my raiton chakra next to me on the branch making an exact copy of me .Motioning him to move in, while i wait behind a tree, with this rain he cannot tell the difference between me and the clone. So this should be effective.. I then pick myself up while my clone remains hidden behind the tree in mid range. I have to keep moving, i then run and hop in to another tree regaining, altitiude. And reagining my composure. My clone, then focus his chakra and slams his hand on the gorund making a current of eletricty head towards you, rampaging through trees and the ground itself reachiing you and splitting into severeal tendrils (five) and attacking and shocking you from those angles. I'll be ready for his next attack..

As the fireball approaches Vayne boardly jumps of the rampart, and before he hits the ground he appears to be levitating rising in the air, the distance between him and Ventus help the illusion even more, in reality Vayne had created two ice disks, the first was being occupied by him hence the puesedo levitation, the other disk however had been moving on towards Ventus, the real one, the reason for so is simple, the lightning clone had a blue color, so it is easy to distinguish, anyway this will only happen if you create the clone, if you don't it will simply go towards you. Now in the case the clone was created Vayne while moving in towards the fireball at a higher altitude(so it won't hit him) he performs 5 hand seals and sends a wind net towards the clone, the net would kill the clone and continue on to the tree and destroy it, this will cause you to stagger and fall. After releasing the wind he stands on the ice disk mid range from you.

I stand on the branch waiting for the assult of my clone to proceed and, i could feel the chakra connection was cut short. The clone was dispersered. I could feel the unbelieveable frustration, and how severly my options were limited which fuled my frustration even the more.I therefore waste no time in hesitating, and quickly make one handseal forming massive amounts of chakra into my stomach. He's forcing me to use one of my most powerful technique. I'll get rid of this boy once and for all, Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku!! I expel a large wave wall of searing flames (Melting your ice disk) many meters wide making it impposible for him to avoid and that continuies in the direction i saw him previously. setting all the trees past my vision and the range of the technique a blaze. As the wet green tree quickly became black and burnt as the atmosphere began to burn you could see the heat wave floating slightly above the burnning trees. I could imagine how hard it was to breathe in that mesh of heat and smoke, coughing and slowly suffocating with each passing second. Although, knowing his rank and his power from my experinced with enhanced and projected. I then concentrate my raiton chakra in three different places around me in formation, creating copies of me of. (Alpha, Beta an Gamma). Its time, for the next part of the plan... To think i go this far, as i reflect on the yet burrning forest and look up at the semi dark and raining sky. Am i going to far.. No, if i back out this fight now will be unforgivable in the Amegakure. I must continue. . .
