*Naruto - Naruto was not fighting with deadly purpose.
*Kabuto - Itachi would have been killed twice if not for Edo.
*Deidara - Fodder version.

*Kakashi - Debatable. A bloodlusted Kakashi stomps Nagato since Nagato's mobility is crap. He isn't avoiding Kamui.
