In addition, you can voice your opinion of course but it would be nice if you state your comment in a nicer way, you could've just said something like "Nah, Naruto is #1" but instead you choose to be rude. Really have no time for people like that on the base.

I'm assuming that the have Kabuto as no.1 because of Edos? In that case I would probably place Orochimaru much higher. TBH i would put Naruto above Nagato and non-edo Madara. Also I would put Obito much higher, edo jinchuriki paths wreck Itachi.

I do like that you included Killer Bee though, he seems to get forgotten. Muu, 2nd Mizukage as well as 3rd Raikage have potential as well - although the 6th-10th positions are usually up to the persons opinion.
