The thing is, no matter how great and mightier-than-thou Hashi is...he doesn't have anything in his arsenal that can seriously damage the tenacious beast that is the Third, and even without his black raiton, he could definitely outlast Hashi

I think Hashi takes this one. Hashi has the Rashoumon gates to defend himself from Hell Stab and sage mode increases reflexes so he could dodge his techniques. Also, Hashi has Flower Tree World so he can use this technique and get the Third Raikage with the pollen which would knock him out.

im sorry man r u caught up with the manga ? Hashi could take a ten thousand army of nobodys and live i mean the third raikage couldnt even beat the 8 tails where hashi can make it his pet. hashi's on a totally different level

Well, in the Raikages defense, lightning > earth as far as elemental advantages go, the manga has even shown lightning being very effective against water. Sasukes lightning also trumped Yamato's wood release pretty easily, so I think it's safe to say that Raikages lightning armor attacks would work pretty well offensively and defensively against Hashi's earth/water/wood jutsu's. However, Hashi's instantaneous healing abilities as well as Sage mode and various other abilities could give Raikage quite the problem. I'd say Hashi wins high difficulty, mainly because he's possibly at the disadvantage in this match up, but is still probably the 'better' ninja overall.

Exactly as i mean, u know how strong and beast Hashi is, the more third would withstand his moves. Third raikage had show us how great his defense was. As wikia says, he has super speed, super strength, super armod defense, finger lightning strike and black panther, there u go.

But at last Hashi would win this match, maybe high difficult or mid.

Very good point, however you seem to forget that Third's stamina is unparalelled in the series so it's possible he can just tire out hashi
