OP- Darui can't beat them one on one. Asuma has wind style and that's Darui's weakness. On top of that, Asuma is backed up by a Wood Release user who also has Earth Release and Water Release, let's not forget Asuma's Fire Release too. Asuma's taijutsu is probably even better than Darui's.
