Jiraiya: Sensei, may I have the instructions to learn the next jutsu?
Selendrile: Alright fine, All I would like from you then is to basically unravel two scrolls that are run adjacently to the clone. Then focus your chakra into them, and summon weapons. These strike him upward, where a chain wraps around his leg and hits him into the ground.Once you've finished Jiraiya, I would like you to perform this jutsu, upon these words were uttered, Sensei, begins to display the instructions for this jutsu on a large scroll.
Jiraiya: Understood Sensei, I'm on it.
As these words were conveyed to me, I immediately retrieve a scroll from either side of my pockets. As I do so, I undo these two scrolls on the ground and push it with high pressure against the ground, this allows the scrolls to lay flat on the surface beneath me, these are run to be adjacent to the clone provided by Sensei. Once finished, I force my both of my hands against the surface to get back up in a vertical position, then I begin to alter this motion by extending my hands towards the scroll beneath me and then channel the chakra towards it, this allows me to summon a variety of weapons like Kunai's, shurikens,etc.. for the purpose to compose a deadly attack. I then manipulate these weapons to strike the clone, to send him upwards in the sky, where a chain forces him back down to the surface by clinging on to the portions around the legs, restraining his movements fully in the process as he crashes. This technique, in my opinion is not very convenient to be utilised in battle, due to the fair amount of time it drains of the user, by taking it out the scrolls. And, also it is relatively easy to counter, since it's just a flock of basic weapons, meaning the user has to be heavily distracted for this even to take effect.
The second instructions by my Selendrile sensei was to read the scroll provided and then follow the procedure to perform my next technique. Therefore, I carefully glanced at it, for several minutes and immediately after absorbing all the information in my brain, I drop it on the ground beneath me. Once done, I immediately beging by acquiring a scroll from my bag and place it within my right palm. Upon doing so, I sway this scroll in a circular fashion, completely transforming it's appearance into a large chain hammer, which came ready made with a metal ball attached to the rear side of this hammer. I then approach your clone and swing this large sized hammer, allowing the metal ball to come in contact with the clone, crushing him as a result. Once finished, Jiraiya briefly conversed within himself, to think what Sensei thought of this performance. This jutsu is pretty bad yet again, but like above, it could be used if the user is paralyzed or is distracted, although either way, you are better off by using moves which are quicker, to finish the opponent off quicker, like gushing water, hurricane fist, etc..
