I don't know about bioshaman, I think you could take him.
As far as the way you fight the only ones I'd say you have a handicap against are Zanji, madara-sensei and CK-sensei. But that's just because of their style of fighting is uniquely similar and (to prevent revealing too much information on other users tactics I'll not state how their different) keyed for fighting your style of fighting.

Basically, it's the same reason I can't last more than two threads with Zanji or CK-sensei but if madara-sensei doesn't use a few certain customs i can force him into a draw.
