Going by your logic, Itachi is dead, thus shouldn't be included in the top ten given that you believe Kabuto shouldn't be in there because of his current predicament. Well Itachi's current predicament is that he's dead as dirt.

Naruto, Sasuke and most likely Bee would rape him. I wouldn't mind him as a 9th or 10th but 6th? This is pure fanboyism.

Lets see here.. Totsuka blade, Yata mirror, Genjutsu, Ameterasu.. oh and Izinami.

All of these would rape Bee and stand a good chance against atleast Sasuke.

Oro lost to Itachi already.. As far as it has been shown Sasuke is still below Itachi although that's going to change once Sasuke shows more of his powers.. And yeah naruto absolutely beats him no doubt.. And as for bee I think Itachi takes him too.

Sasuke is stronger than Itachi because of his EMS, he would outlast him.

Yeah Itachi is stronger than Sauske right now, and above bee. Did you not see Itachi fight Naruto and Bee atthe same time 2 on 1? Itachi was doing fine, as if there was no pressure.

Following your logic, summons shouldn't count since it's "unfair" to use them? It's a fight, supports are allowed especially when it's the users power. Yes Itachi gets raped whether you like it or not.
