Karin did not say the raikage was faster. She said if he was faster, Sasuke should be protected by amaterasu (meaning Sasuke shouldn't have to worry.) However, the raikage decided to sacrifice his arm to attack Sasuke. That means it was unexpected, not faster than Sasuke.

The panel clearly states that A still can't hit him, even if he was faster than Sasuke. You seems to be underestimating Sasuke's intelligence, because he knew he can't be faster than A. So he coated Susanoo with Amaterasu to make up for it.

Most Naruto fans claim that Sasuke can't beat BM Naruto's speed, but they forget about that chapter where Sasuke has an arm wrapped around Naruto ready to kill him before Naruto can blink. ---> Sasuke is still faster than BM Naruto.

People hate Naruto at two things:
-Overpowered without having many reallly reallllllllllllllyyy reallyyyyyyyyyyyy harrdddddddd obstacles like Sasuke,didn't get pissed off painfully like Sasuke.Sasuke suffered worse than Naruto
-Talk no Jutsu,why mutha****a he just talked to Nagato and instantly changed his mid.This jutsu applied in many occasions,100% successed while many characters can't bear that jutsu

apperently these people need to go back and rewatch/reread the Pre-Time skip Naruto and see that no one liked, trusted, believed, bullied, taunted, and belittled Naruto. Even the teachers didn't want to bother with Naruto.
Everyone was opposite to Sasuke, its when post-time skip came when rolls started to change.
Both have equal problems they faced, both chose different paths.
