with knowledge the kazekage wont be caught in genjutsu and he'll expect amaterausu so he'll probably put up a gold sand shield or encase himself in a gold sand sphere to block sasuke's line of sight, since gaara's sand can handle enton its probable that the 4th kazekage's can as well. he'll be fighting using his third eye made of gold sand, he has the ability to block all of sasuke's attacks and to restrict the movements of his susanoo as well as being able to attack from bellow in order to bind and crush sasuke before he activates kirin.

i dont know how sasuke can counter a giant wave of gold sand covering and binding his susanoo. from this point the kazekage has multiple ways to kill sasuke.

the kazekage was betrayed by oro he surprised him it wasn't a real fight, the 4th isn't weak gaara is just an very powerful shinobi, and he can most definitely beat mei because of the extremely large volume of sand that he can summon, a large wave of gold sand> mei's lava style or water style.

his biggest threat is kirin but since he has full knowledge he would prevent sasuke from using it. i dont see how having full knowledge would help sasuke much to be honest.

This is Sasuke at the beggining of part 2

if its sasuke at the beginning of part 2 then kazekage wins without much difficulty because sasuke has nothing that can protect him from golden sand. even if he summons his hawk the kazekage can just send his gold sand to go and destroy sasuke in the air. the only thing sasuke can do to harm the kazekage is kirin but by that time he would have been hit by a giant wave of gold sand . he has no counter for the kazekage's large scale techs. sasuke at the begining of part 2 is a short to mid range figter so he's at a disadvantage against a long range fighter like the kazekage. not to mention attacks like his katons and raitons can be easily blocked by golden sand. sasuke has no way of defending against or attacking the kazekage.

also genjutsu would be a problem but that can be countered by not looking into sasuke's eyes, this should be easy since he's a long range fighter
