I would think so. He'd be at Naruto's level because of the fact that Sasuke doesn't have Naruto's chakra levels.

That is also under the impression that the Yata Mirror truly blocks any attack.

I don't see how Enton sword would be replaced by Totsuka since imo amaterasu sword is an instant kill anyways
