Sasuke has normal sharingan - allowing him to see through most of the attack and yes Sasuke can still use Genjutsu without MS...Jiriaya should be able to escape. Jiriaya will still pawn him with the range of techniques he can use. Jiriaya will stomp Mid diff.

Naruto has the upper hand since he has Kage Bunshin and Stronger Rasengans. Jiriaya's Katons won't can't make up for him being behind Naruto in other area's.

Not sure if srs about Sakura, but Bunta can easily jump half the battlefield away and then they use that fire jutsu. Team 1 has no defence against it.

It's the strongest Katon shown thus far in terms of area of effect and damage.
