I voted Team Sannin by accident, but it's Team Minato.

Kakashi was a jounin aged 13 and regarded a genius. He already has Chidori back then, a rank A technique. Obito has the sharingan. Rin well.. she can use healing stuff.

Minato stomps both Kakashi and Hiruzen.

Obito fought on par with a Hokage at the age of 16 and controlled the Kyuubi.
Kakashi copied a plethora of techs before he was 18.
Rin was probably a relitively good medic.

I would say team one. Even though I accidentally voted team three. Naruto is a Jinchurichi and Sasuke was very impressive ninja at that age. Sakura was useless though.
