Neji was incomplete i think...
He still had much to do and more to show; but Kishi killed him off for Naruhina fans' disgusting squeling fangasms.
I would not mind this much if he had more paneltime and development; but he died for a pairing and too soon.
I do not want him to get revieved that much though; that thing is getting annoying.

This is the problem with bringing people back from the dead. the readers start to wonder if every character who dies will come back. If they did it one more time death in narutoverse would be an utterly pointless part of it.

Neji needs to stay dead. His last words were not really directed to Naruto but to the Child of Prophecy which is a student of Jiraiya. His last words was directed torwards the Ichiraku Ramen guy.
