krillin is only weak by the standards set by his universe, you know the oen with planet destroying aliens and cyborgs? he solos human ninjas. his power on namek was easily on par with vegeta when he first landed on earth or he would have been instantly owned by ginyu and guldo.

when krillin as a child fought against roshi, they moved so fast they performed a full length martial arts fight in under a second. they had to replay it back so the audience could know wtf just happened. and this is in the days where goku, krillins equal in every way at the time period, was bullet timing, and bullet tanking. narutoverse is fuked when krillin gets hundreds of times above even that in z.
