he warped away the flames and changed the zetsu part that got burnt. he did not use izanagi because he did not prepare for it(he did not know that he would get attack by amaterasu)

Nonsense, no proof whatsoever to back up these claims.

When he used Izanagi against Konan he had to rip of his mask to activate his unused eye. He clearly never did this when he was hit with Amaterasu, and if he used Izanagi with the eye he always has active he would of lost his space jutsu and Kamui, so this scenario goes out the window. Also, he recovered in a matter of moments after being hit. How would he of had time to transplant a new zetsu body onto the part that was burned of by the eternal flames?

the real question is not how he avoided amaterasu .
the real question is how he avoided the damage already caused , and possible answer is senju cells which he always wears

Now if he didn't use Izanagi, how were his clothes returned back to their original form when they were clearly under flames? Had he used Kamui, his clothes wouldn't have been untouched but damaged as he was engulfed by the flames by the time he fell back into the darkness.

During Danzo's fight it was obvious that when Izanagi is released, the user is returned exactly to the point when it was used. I quote myself from another thread.

As for the rest of your points. Laughable as usual. Izanagi ONLY alters reality for the moment it's initiated/used. It won't make the individual reappear, or alter their reality before that moment:

As Obito shows zero signs of clothes damage, it can never and will never be Kamui.

Obito simply must have used Izanagi before he talked with Sasuke as he was cautious that itachi must have left some trap to kill him which he did venture by implying that he kept 'secrets from him'.

It is proven he did not use kamui, but izanagi for several reason.

Had he extinguished the flames with kamui, his clothing would have been tattered, and he would appear wounded.
You can also hear him shouting out in pain for several seconds, had of used kamui you would not of heard that.
When stepping out of the shadows, he puts his mask back on, why? because he took it off to use izanagi in his right eye.
