Madara is an Edo. If Orochimaru is going to get any Uchiha body it has to be Sasuke or Obito. Personally I think it would be pretty rad for him to take Obito's body. Maybe after the war Obito will be left for dead then along comes Oro.

Unless Obito uses Rinne Tensei to bring Madara back to life. Then maybe. That too would be very interesting.

Don't get me wrong, I know Orochimaru was basically dead.... But Sasuke did take over his body. Living Madara's EMS would rape Orochimaru, just saying. I don't think for a second he can kill him but I don't see Orochimaru obtaining Madara's body.
