all that kirin did was blow up the uchiha hideout and caused some damage,itachi and sasuke were on a mountain,if it was a mountain buster it would have the blown the entore mountain apart and sasuke wouldnt be standing.

Gaara blocked c3 which is village busting and blocked 2 meteors which are easily mountain busting and.
