Should Mods/Admins recognize fanboyism as trolling?

Most of you will consider this a stupid thread but hear me out

If a person says Tenten > Hashirama, that's considered trolling and you can receive an infraction but how come when people say Itachi > Hashirama that's not considered trolling?

I've argued/discussed about it with a mod before and he/she said this:

"If someone says Itachi is stronger than Hashirama that's their personal opinion and we can't give out an infraction as that would result in us abusing our powers"

If people say Tenten is stronger isn't that personal opinion as well? If you're going to take one type of fanboyism as trolling you should take all of them as trolling.

I myself hate fanboy's/girls but aren't mods being biased? Another obvious example: Ramen Guy > Sage of 6 paths

in your hypothetical if the person gave reasons (of a logical nature) why they thought that way,
then most likely the admins wouldnt penalise....
seeing as how most of these comments are made by people only posting once or twice or are usually followed with intent to insight then you can pick out people who are trolling so to speak...

& when its comes to itachi > hashi ....welll that its different ...cause it can be a serious thread or a fanboy troll thread at is bets ....so

sometimes is not easy to identify what thread is troll or not ........

When have I ever been a fanboy? I'm completely un-biased, so what you're saying is if Derp Obito was in detention he is instantly a troll/fanboy?

Yes but most mods don't even give chance for explanation, I'm just using examples of course. Not saying it happens all the time, only when it is taken to the extreme.
