Sasuke said to tobirama that he wants to attack konoha and destroy the village if they don't tell him the truth about village history.

Sadly he is acting like child and he still think he is threaten to the village.

There are lots of ninja in current konoha can defeat him even with his EMS .

I would say ..

- with strategy, Team10 can beat sasuke ( mid to high difficulties )

- Current kakashi can solo sasuke ( he can kumi the 8 tails octopus so I think he can kumi sasunoo too)

- Gai can solo him .. 8 gates and hyoudara then the fight will be over .

- naruto can beat him easily ( he's solo king)

Finally I want to say that sasuke isn't real threat to konoha and
If he decide to attack the village then it will be his death wish .

Seeing as how ninety percent of the shinobi fom the Leaf Village are away at war I think Sasuke could probably destroy the village right now. If they weren't at war and he tried to he'd most certainly fail.

Sasuke is very powerful indeed. If he was to attack now (during the war), the village would be destroyed. Also, when you think about him actually attacking, he wouldn't be alone. He would have very powerful back up. I think, without Naruto, the village would be destroyed. If Sasuke attacked alone, he would die, but would take many powerful ninja with him.
