I've been looking through the latest chapters [610-626] over and over and i can't get this thought out of my head so i thought i would give it to you all. Please read through to the end and don't just post based on the title.
So we know that naruto and sasuke are going to fight, this has been established so many times that proof at this point would just be a waste of energy and space in this thread.
I'm sure that many people will agree with me when i say that more than anything sasuke is simply misguided [hence his wanting to meet the kages] and isn't necessarily evil.
Definition:
Evil:
Adjective
Profoundly immoral and malevolent.
Noun
Profound immorality, wickedness, and depravity, esp. when regarded as a supernatural force.
Misguided:
Adjective
Having or showing faulty judgment or reasoning: "misguided attempts".
Synonyms
wrong - mistaken
so you get what i'm saying here right? sasuke isn't the final evil.
So what is the final evil?
Answer:
I believe it to be orochimaru, who is quite accurately the very definition of evil and to some degree is mentally unstable.
Theory:
I believe that orochimaru is at a point right now where much like sasuke he's beginning to mellow out, however psychology tells us that killers are quite often much like an inside out hurricane, by this they mean that though they may appear calm and mellow on the outside[which would be the eye of the storm] while on the inside they're a raging destructive force of nature. to this end i have come to the conclusion that orochimaru will most probably be our big bad just as he was in the beginning.
So then where does that leave naruto and sasuke?
Answer:
please don't be mistaken when i say he is the final evil, i don't mean their fight will be the last of the series. i simply mean he will be the last "enemy" naruto will have to overcome, the final piece of the puzzle that will prepare him to fight sasuke.
So in essence what i'm saying is just because the show might end with naruto and sasuke's fight, the final battle of good and evil will take place before that, int eh form of naruto and orochimaru.
