[Theory] Shisui Uchiha and Madara

Shisui is still alive. Danzo would have gave Orochimaru Shisui's DNA if Shisui was dead, and Edo Tensei Shisui back too life, or Orochimaru would have at least asked for it. Shisui will make an appearence and probably put Madara in a genjutsu.

Though Kabuto said that he couldn't find Shisui's body anywhere.... He still admitted that he had Shisui's DNA.... Here is the pic....

Orochimaru experimented with various cells and DNAs most of his life....

Also Danzo was Orochimaru's Test subject.... Orochimaru implanted Hashirama's cells in Danzo which allowed Danzo to use many Sharingans.... So Orochimaru got Shisui's DNA too from Danzo....

main reason Madara wanted to collect all tailed beast was to cast moons eye plan using Tsukyomi but if Madara had known about Shuisui then he must have known about Kotoamatsuki as well which is far more powerful than Tsukyomi.

And considering Madara's opportunistic nature he wouldn't have Shuisui go away because Shuisui's was an ultimate one with ultimate Genjutsu.

Itachi was the only one who knew about Madara/Obito's existence....

Itachi's role model was Shisui.... Shisui passed down his ideology to Itachi.... It is quite possible that Shisui told Itachi about Madara/Obito's existence....

Also when Tobi told Sasuke that, "Only Itachi knew of my existence" By the time Itachi contacted him.... Shisui was dead....Which makes Itachi the only person to know about Madara/Obito....

Also how Shisui got his MS is still a mystery....

Conclusion
What I think is that the way Madara choose Obito.... Shisui was also choosen and Madara/Obito helped him obtain his MS.... but unlike Obito.... Shisui was dedicated to the village....

Later Shisui passed down whatever info he had to Itachi.... and Itachi seeked Madara/Obito out....
