(Yes, vegetarians will eat eggs...but that's been answered already. Just remember, so long as it wasn't a living animal at some point, chances are a vegetarian will eat it. )

True, it all depends on the strictness of their morals. But like the person above me said, plants/vegetables are living things so why do vegetarians eat them?

It depends on what type of Vegetarian they are. When someone hears "Vegetarian" they just think they don't eat meat, however there are a so many types of vegetarians.

Vegetarians who don't eat meat but eat fish.
Vegetarians who eat eggs, but not milk and vice versa.

A Vegan however are those who do not eat animals or anything that comes from an animal as they believe it belongs to them.
