So actually how fast is nagato, we all saw him rescue konan and return her to yahiko within a split second and appeared behind killer bee out of nowhere, and through the deva path he was able to outrun the six tailed naruto, seeing how he appeared behind killer bee in a second, then why couldn't he dodge the blade totsuka. So does that mean nagato is hypersonic

The reason I believe he could'nt dodge Totsuka Sword is because he was'nt in control of his body,if Kabuto did'nt wipe his mind Nagato would have wiped the floor with Itachi,Naruto,and Killer Bee.

You can't use Deva or any other Path's feats as Nagato's. Nagato is a cripple with limited mobility.
