What would you do with the Uchiha?

Personally i think tobirama done a pretty good job as hokage, he does have a ruthless streak about him so im surprised that he didn't give into temptation and try and wipe out the Uchiha in saying that he didn't really give them any other choice than to try and take over e.g


Looking down on them
Giving them the police force and the hate that goes with it
Having ANBU spying on them

Some say tobirama was a harsh hokage but he was also primarily responsible for establishing Konoha's organisational system my question is:

How would you deal with the Uchiha if you were in tobirama's position, I think i would have gave them there own village out of the country, let them flourish in there own right and not even bother trying to meddle in their affairs cause warring clans have been starting villages.......whats one more

Tobirama did what he had to do . I would have done the same thing. Of course there are some exceptions within the Uchiha clan of members who are not completely full of hatred. ( Itachi, Shisui, Kagami, Other Uchiha )
