Inara starts to form a small whirlpool in the sea but it loses control a bit and splashes her in the face. "Darn! Let me try again...." Before she does, she suddenly notices Ionna. "Uh...hi. You train here too?"

Korra smiles, and puts her hand on Dracos head, closing her eyes, she slowly has her hand start to glow, as Korra's hand is glowing, she takes a thought bubble from Dracos brain, and as it pops, Dracos thoughts are heard clearly

As the Thought bubbles explode, and Dracos thoughts are heard clearly, Korra slaps Draco, sending him flying "Slap me!? Do you know that i am older than you?! Pfft, children... I hate kids, and i'm spending my precious time explaining the Water Bending teacher shows us! If i weren't here, would you even know how to aim Ice!? Hmph, why do i even waste my time... Train by yourself! I'm going to the sea... " Korra with an angry look on her face, leaves Draco on the ground with a red cheek, and heads for the Sea where she sees two people are practicing

*Draco storms off and goes close to the ocean. He creates an Ice surfboard and starts to surf on the water*
Draco: Man I dislike Korra. This is so relaxing. Teach me how to aim ya right has she seen her Ice lately I am surprised the teacher lets her train.
*Out of sheer boredom Draco creates bubbles and creates a ramp for his surf board*

Korra has moderate ice, she said she moderates between both Bubbles and Ice, but she just never uses ice, and like most teen waterbenders, she has excellent/very good Water bending.

Some people come here to make Whirlpools, you might fall in, anyway, where are your parents?" Korra sees Draco surfing in the distance, and makes a Whirlpool that sucks him in

"I'm not lost and I'm one of those people who makes whirlpools. My name is Inara so could you please stop calling me kid?" Inara notices you using a whirlpool to suck Sraco in and pulls him out by stopping the whirlpool. "Why'd you do that?"

*Draco sees the whirlpool and chuckles at korra's lame attempt to drown him. Draco in his impatience creates a couple hundred bubbles that allow him float above the whirlpool. Once Draco dodges the whirlpool he joins up with a few friends*

Korra makes bigger bubbles, that pop the smaller bubbles making Draco fall into a larger whirlpool that sucks in Dracos surfboard
