Question Time :D

Why do I have to be mid air to preform the justu. That seems like a jutsu you use when being attacked. O_O

For the second justu O_O
Because the technique says so. >_> I didn't make it, so I don't know. I hate game jutsus anyway, they're just retarded and especially retarded when they get adopted into our RP they don't make much sense. Anyway, you perform it in mid air. Using an other jutsu you can take yourself up in the air, preferably some earth jutsus.

What about the 2nd?

I didn't have a question. IDK why there was an emote.

( Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.

Excellent technique because it allows you to attack your opponent from all three directions. It's not easy defending attacks like that. A wall of water or something like that would probably work against it.

( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.

Channel chakra into your hands and release it with a swing of your arm. They're quite small and don't really do much damage, other than exploding. Would be good to hit his ear with this, in order to damage his equilibrium and to throw him of balance.

( Katon: Hiendan ) – Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense, Deffence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball technique.

Stronger and shorter version, meaning more chakra and more power.

Question Time

For the first jutsu, when I am able to have fire as my specialty, I will be able to preform it with one handseal right?

It says multiple shots, so you would have to swing your arm multiple times...... for some reason I just imagine the wacky wavy inflatable arm flailing tube man. O_O

I understand this one

1) Yeah, as your primary affinity (specialty).

2) No, you can make multiple (5-6 I guess) with one swing of the arm.

Ok, sounds good. Because I really was wondering how it would look flailing my arms trying to release multiple shots
( Katon: Hiendan ) – Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense, Deffence

Description: The user exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball technique.

( Katon: Gōenkyū ) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user after performing two hand seals Horse → Tiger exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.

First really good blast technique. With a span up to long range it can deal some serious damage if it explodes.

I understand the first one

For the second one, how large is meteor sized, like the size Madara sent crashing down toward the Kages?...... just wondering

Not sure if this is helping much, but here's the picture. Though, I believe it's not big as Madara's.

Nope. o_o -()-
( Katon: Gōenka ) - Fire Release: Great Flame Flower
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors, then erupt into a geyser of flame.

The higher you are the better the effect, I'd say, because it would have a greater force behind it.

( Katon: Haisekishō ) - Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth after performing four handseals. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.

I'd say that this is an advanced version of the D rank technique. Same advantages and disadvantages apply. I know I'm not too descriptive about these but they are really simply and straight forward techniques.

Because these attacks are B Rank, you could use a water tech of C rank or higher to counter against it. For the ash technique I could used a wind tech to blow the ash back toward my opponent and hopefully catch him in his own jutsu. For the other one I could release ration all around me to counter all sides of me or use a pillar of earth to launch me forward and avoiding the fire balls. When used in a combo I would have to think a little more and I would have to use some water technique to protect me 360. But I could use a wind tech initially to blow back the attack the immediately after I would use a water tech.

Good thinking. That's exactly what you should do. Blow the ash back at him. If he follows it up with his own fire technique it will ignite the ash and explode in his face. :)

( Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent after performing one handseal. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform Kirin.

Kirin. Everyone is going for Kirin when using this technique. To perform Kirin you have to use this technique first and then in the next turn create a Chidori first and then use it to draw lightning from the clouds. A lot people forget one of those two and go for the big thing.

( Katon: Hōsenka Tsumabeni ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.

Deja-vu, right? Infuse your shuriken with fire and throw them. The good thing is that they'll continue to burn even if the object they hit is not flammable.

Will you have to shoot it directly into the sky or could anywhere. And what would be some ways to hide the jutsus plan. I mean just directy shooting the fire into the sky would be showing the opponent what jutsu you are about to use.

How long will they burn after impact
