In the country I live (Iran), many things are forbidden by law and government and even by religion. Having a gf/bf, drinking/selling/buying alcoholic drinks, making party, and many other things as well ((((

Besides, it's not like the living conditions there are any better than your average 3rd world country. Why don't you compare the cost of maintenance and living to the UK or USA?

Well, with those laws you will be at an advantage over almost anybody in the world. Smoke free lungs, a fully developed brain, and the middle east's econemy is getting better by the day. The brain stops maturing at 25, and people in my country 'legaly' drink at 21. Most drink at 15-death. They will most likely not be as smart as you. Most of them smoke alot of different things. It is very bad, that is why your government banned it. You are in a good situation.
