[Theory] How Madara survived! -*********** translation-

I was just rereading the chapter and I just noticed something that didn't make sense to me:

We see that Hashirama listens to Madara's last words, and suddenly looks up at the mountains! What exactly did Hashirama notice in the mountains?

I think that someone must have been watching, and that person saved Madara. It's the only thing that makes sense because Madara is clearly DEAD after this chapter.

Only question left is.. who was it??

This could be true. I just wanted to see other people's opinions on this panel because I was like.. the fack just happened? haha

It very well could be some sort of genjutsu as well, but the thing is.. why would Madara use genjutsu on Hashirama and end up dying anyway? Unless you guys think that body isn't actually Madara's real body

Could've been kurama, mito, or Tobirama. Or even someone else there to heal Madara. I over looked that part but I def believed someone healed Madara.

Someone saving Madara from the brink of death would be an interesting parallel with how Madara saved Obito.

That's actually a really cool theory. So you're saying Madara used it on a smaller scale on Hashirama?

Quite possibly could happen but who knows since it's still up in the air!

No reason for Madara to leave Hashi alive if he really won. He certainly wasn't holding back from trying to kill him the rest of the fight (or numerous other occassions). Plus Madara surviving flat out doesn't really make sense. Tobirama and Hashi are both sensors, Tobirama can pick someone up in another country, so if Madara simply won, he'd know. Must be more to it than "I put him under genjutsu". It also seems like if Madara could genjutsu Hashi, he'd have done it by now.

My theory for a while has been that his 3rd eye power has something to do with it... to date he's never demonstrated Ammy, and so far there is alot of variance for MS powers.
