Back by popular demand is the new revision of my long going tier list. I've surprisingly gotten many request to do another. So here it is, not a whole lot has changed. Though the tiering has changed to a numbering system and some tiers have been broken up to try to prevent clustering as much as possible. ​

You can't put EMS Madara, Hashirama, Nagato, KCM Naruto and Bee in the same tier.

EMS Madara and Hashirama are way above the others.

In terms of Power they're all around equal.

Even though EW Naruto gets trashed by Bee, Madara, and Hashi.

Base Hashirama isnt above Nagato or Bee.

I like how you use number tiers now. It drives me nuts when I see you put Rikudo Sennin, Naruto and Madara in God Tier when they don't even have omnipotent powers.

You should avoid the with and without. Base Hashirama would wipe the floor with RM without even trying.

DSM Kabuto is >= RM Naruto

He went try hard to catch one.

There's nothing to indicate that he can catch more than one as it requires more focus and more chakra. He cannot send back Continous Bijudama.

The Hashi wank isn't going to cut it with me.

HanzoSama had that covered. I would also like to add that one Bijudama destroyed all the Mokuton that Hashi was using, he had to use another Jutsu to survive. Therefore the other three explosions would result in Hashi's death.

hashirama & madara are in a tier of their own. naruto isnt close to them. hashirama casually tanks 10+bijudama fused with PS blades.

The only reason for that was because Raikage was an Was an Edo. If the Raikage was alive he would have been out of commission after the first one, dead after a second. (that was only a single Kage Bunshin too....)

I'm not deny the fact that RM Naruto would get trashed by Killer Bee, EMS Madara, and Base Hashirama in a 1v1 (if they go all out an use BM, PS, or MokuRyu) but a tier list is overall strength, and 14 Kage busting Narutos running around with multiple one shot level attacks and speed fast enought to the point were his Shinshin can't be reacted to is on the same danger level as PS and MokuRyu.

But I agree that tier is pretty funky, I'll try to find a way to remedy it.

War Arc Kakashi is so above SM Naruto.

This list takes into account the possibility of earlier versions of Naruto using 6TK or 4TK, otherwise some variations of Naruto would be lower.

Nice list although i think that yagura shouldn't be in tier 4 especially since he was controlled by obito IMO oro is stronger than yagura especially with edo tensei. yagura isn't op enough to be in tier 4

I'm going to add him in his own tier under Kabuto w/Edo Tensei. Meaning that all the tiers below that are going To go down a number.

Also, since it seems that everyone disagrees with at least one placement, I'm going to make a community tier list where people can submit a change or character addition after the discussion on this thread dies down.

It's true that an individual bunshin is kage+ level, but note that he can't use a full FRS 14 times. Also FRS dc is only small building level. PS and Golems are bigger than a mountain. Also, RM Naruto cannot even budge 5 Rashomons. His dc lacks.

Btw, how many mountains do you think BD Flash can destroy
