Hes right... People always say itachi>minato when they see edo itachi. Remember when he was alive he died due to EMS. So it means if he was alive itachi would have died before he would see minato. And he is not edo so he has limited chakra and minato is one of the only persons who have not been even touched by an enemy.. Except kurama and that onlx bc he tried to protect naruto.. .

Itachi doesnt have to do anything he would just gonna activate his Ms, activate tsukoyomi, without minato realizing it he was on Itachi's genjutsu then he could just grab and crash minato using susano or something, so don't expect minato's gonna win to itachi.
