But to answer your question. He'd be MUCH weaker than he was with Jiraiya.

Considering how Naruto's taijutsu skills alone were decent when he returned to the village, he'd completely suck. Jiraiya was the starting point for Naruto, Iruka and Kakashi weren't even the beginning.
