Why only 2-3 person can make rasengan? Basically its just a shape manipulation -.-'

Seriously, I dont get it.

Rasengan is just a chakra shape manipulation jutsu so most of jonin level ninja should make it imo.
Why they cant? Why only 4 people can do it totally?

Even a child (konohamaru) learnt it from a retard teacher (naruto )

It is considered to be the highest level of shape manipulation, so only a select few would try it. And look at those who can use it, and you'll see that 3/4 who form it are geniuses, and Naruto originally could only do it with a shadow clone.

I am pretty sure Uchiha's can easily perform the technique by using their Sharingan.
It drains massive chakra, that's why I think no one uses it in actual combat.

Because it's Shape Manipulation at the highest point, probably most of the High level Jounin could use it, but individual shinobi have their own fighting style.

If you look at the users, most are geniuses - Kakashi, Jiraiya, Minato and possibly in the future, Konohamaru, considering he learned to use it faster than Naruto..

Do you think Minato or Jiraiya went around saying "Hey, random dude, want to learn this technique?" No they didn't. People cannot use techniques unless they are taught, and thus teaching is a major factor in who can and cannot use jutsu. This is why I believe only a few people know the jutsu (Konohamaru stalks Naruto, and that's how he figured out Rasengan. He even uses the Shadow Clone method like Naruto does)

It's self-sustaining once created, which means the only chakra it "drains" is when it's being formed, and judging from the ease of which most people use Rasengan (namely Jiraiya and Minato), forming it doesn't seem to take away too much chakra.

Konohamaru- Sarutobi clan has big chakra reserves seeing as they are related to senju.

Every fight Naruto has been in he has used the same technique: Shadow Clone Jutsu, and then he combines it with Rasengan or any variation of it. Quite frankly, I'm dissappointed that Naruto can't form it with one hand by himself by now(basic rasengan I mean) I can't be the only one, am I? And the people who learned it are either geniuses or hard-workers with decent to large chakra as well as chakra reserves. I'm pretty sure if people with large chakra reserves actually tried to learn it then they would. But then it would take away from the stry if everyone and their mom's could use that A-rank technique.

lol, My bad. I just finished reading chapter 321 again and noticed that Kakashi did not after all mention that the Rasengan depletes a heavy portion of the users chakra. lol

So maybe it's plot.
