Goda stated in an SBS that Mugi will always & forever be a rubberman. Also, no current SH will get it. Why? It'll render the TS useless. The whole reason of the TS was fo them to become stronger but whats the point if they just get another power-up. Because if they do get the fruit, no one will use their trained fighting-style, only the damn fruit. So if Goda did this, it'd be bad wrting, just like Kishi, Kubo and Hiro's work U_U

Yeah its Interesting for sure I dont know what there going to do with it or who is going to eat it lol. They should figure out how to fuse it with objects and let the sunny eat it lol

If he gave it to Luffy, he would be a hypocrite and his writing would be as bad as Kishi's.
