Gay and rape terms used so liberally?

With Sasuke being bent on revenge, he goes to extremes like heading to Orochimaru. Sasuke could be gay or just asexual. So, why do many Narutards consider him gay? Not having an interest in the opposite *** doesn't automatically make you gay?

While gay characters do happen in shounen, (the creator of Yu Yu Hakusho confirmed 2 guys in that series were gay is what I read on a wiki site) it really doesn't quite fit this demographic genre.

Now, Haku and Zabuza I do see as possibly being gay or just a brother/father relationship that nears being gay. Also, Orochimaru having such an obsession with Sasuke does border on gay/being a sexual predator.

Also, when there are comparisons of whose stronger, why might someone say that "Character A would rape Character B"? I don't like it when people so liberally use the word that is one of the worst things that could happen to someone.

While it doesn't matter, I am just upset that they use it like that (I am not gay). I know I can choose not to look at such comments. Also, how someone stereotypically is dressed won't make them gay.

I am asking for a rather serious and maybe intellectual explanation.

Simple, people who use the word "Gay" liberally may be secretly gay themselves. And people who use the word "rape" liberally, don't know what rape feels like.

Sexuality in the narutoverse has been pretty fluid anyways. Very few characters have a concrete sexual orientation, so it's not odd that some people would consider naruto or sasuke gay. It's just that Kishi pushes things a little too much with their dynamic, and the orochimaru thing.

Most fans can clearly see that the relationship between oro and sasuke is just maniacle, power-hungry freak trying to gain an advantage by gaining specific genes. The "gay" thing is mostly a joker to be honest.

The word "rape" being used so easily was a bit unsettling for me at first, but considering how it is used, it's just a free pass on the internet I'm afraid.
