Ct wont even form and as far as im concernd Madara meteor was the same size as ct+ he dropped another 1 on top of that and they were stacked on each other and still was not the same size as perfect Susanoo.

When you look at jutsu power nothing beats flames that never go out until the target is gone. And Im not sure if they can be absorb because I doubt it. However if you look at total arsenal of jutsu the rinnegan has many more and much more devastating large scale ones at that.

Madaras Rinnegan is basically the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan WITH 6/7 additional abilities called paths...

since Madara can switch between them both right?
yes, we never saw Nagato switch but that is only because the eyes were implanted... Obito can't switch either, because his left eye was implanted...
