In part 1, Neji could strike 128 spiders in a few seconds. Hitting Tsunade 64 times to get rid of tenketsu wouldn't be to hard.

Even so. Neji has little to no killing techs. Since byakugo comes from a different source like naruto's kurama chances are her releasing it would reset her sealed chakra points.

For kaiten to work he has to rotate. If he doesn't then its just him releasing chakra in face of her genetic and chakra enhanced punch. They cancel each other out and he gets hit by her genetically enhanced punch.

how can she release her yin seal if her chakara flow is messed up and if she's paralysed? neji can use vacuum palm and gentle fist to damage her organs and stop her chakra flow so that she cant release her yin seal

realistically i dont think kishi would have made her hokage if she could be beaten by neji so im going with tsunade just because neji>tsunade makes no sense

I don't understand why you think it requires chakra for her to open her yin seal. It's a seal, not a jutsu. Personally I think she can still activate it, especially if he only gets a couple chakra points.
